"Check in was automated in a good way and seamless, staff were friendly and although the hotel was built in the 1300's the rooms were very modern and clean. Food in the restaurant was excellant and reasonably priced and the selection of beers in the bar was amazing - we had a great stay and would definetly book to go again. "

"Itโs a real pub, so smokers and drinkers in the courtyard as we were shown to our room. Spotless and allowed to enter it early as it was ready for us. Staff were very welcoming and the choice and quality of breakfast was excellent."
