Very noisy kids beds
"Reception very friendly & helpful. Room average. Main issue was the bunk beds in the family room. As soon as the kids even breathed they made awful noises so no one could sleep and they creaked and squeaked all night."

"The hotel is relatively new and therefore the facilities are in great conditions. The decorations and furniture give the place a nice ambience. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Overall I enjoyed staying at Best Western in Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne."
