"Liked everything but unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. There were hairs in the bathroom, stains on the duvet cover, and the duvet cover was torn."

"Room was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was no safety deposit box in the room and they did not provide hand towels. But this was fixed by asking for an extra towel at the front desk which we used for the duration of our stay. There was also only one pillow per person."

The bathroom curtains are very sheer and so it was extremely hot in the bathroom, even at 10am with the blazing sun on a high floor. It was 30 degrees C during our 1 night stay in May so quite miserable sleeping/showering."
