Good stay - be aware of the changing door code

We had a fine stay. The location is very good. Staff is kind, but does not speak English very good. A bit annoying that the front door is locked in the middle of the day, and you have to use a code. The code changes every saturday, so if your stay extends over Saturday, remember to ask for a new code, you're not given this automatically, but must ask yourself. So there is a risk for being looked out.

Very convenient for arrival by bus from Biarritz airport. Very friendly and helpful staff at Reception and everything you need is provided for a self-catered stay. The studio apartment we booked for 4 people comprised a sofa bed and bunk beds but we hadn’t anticipated a sofa bed! It was ok, just not super comfy for sleeping on for 5 nights. Air conditioning was a real blessing! Overall great value for money!

Très bien situé, parking indispensable, à 5min à pied de la plage (sans vague), à 2min a pied du carrefour city. Accueil très sympathique avec qq renseignements touristiques utiles. Appartement de taille confortable avec petite terrasse. Seul petit bémol, le canapé lit était confortable mais pas mal imbibé d'acariens, mon terrain asthmatique a moyennement apprécié mais sinon RAS.

Hotellet ligger rett i utkanten av en veldig koselig by, med en flott strand (ca 10 min gange). Alt ved hotellet var som forventet. Ingenting å klage på. Kommer gjerne igjen til hotellet og ikke minst byen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Résidence Pierre & Vacances Eguzki. L’appartement était propre, bien équipé et idéalement situé, mais ce qui a vraiment fait la différence, c’est l’accueil chaleureux que nous avons reçu. Un immense merci aux deux dames de l’accueil qui ont été absolument formidables tout au long de notre séjour. Toujours souriantes, disponibles et à l’écoute, elles ont su répondre à toutes nos questions avec efficacité et bienveillance. La communication a été parfaite, que ce soit pour des conseils sur la région ou pour faciliter notre installation. C’est rare de trouver un service aussi attentionné ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et recommandons cette résidence sans hésitation.

Nous avions réservé 2jours du 18 au 20 février mais avons eu un problème en nous garant avec notre van. Nous n’avons pas vu les balcons qui soit dit en passant sont bas et la lunette arrière a touché l’un des balcons et s’est cassé. Nous n’avons pu faire réparé sur place donc nous sommes repartis chez nous en Vendée le soir meme. Nous avons donc demandé un report de date de façon à revenir à un autre moment et attendons une réponse. .

Très bien placé on a tout fait à pied ! Appartement spacieux bien équipé Personnel au top très sympa. Seul bémol on s'est gelé le système de chauffage n'est pas suffisant !!! A refaire quand il fera moins froid !!

Idéalement situé dans st Jean de Luz. Literie indigne du standing Pierre et Vacances. Canapé convertible dasn lequel le moindre mouvement réveille tout le monde, et le dos sait très bien où se situe les montants en fer de ce couchage.
