Le 7 au matin, j’ai perdu les clés de ma voiture. À l’intérieur de l’hôtel. Je me suis rendu à l’accueil je suis tombé sur le responsable aux alentours de 8h du matin pas du tout agréable. Elle ne m’a donné aucun coup de main à rechercher mes clés, j’ai demandé un visionnage vidéo ça m’a été refusé je suis une personne handicapée j’étais tellement contrarié que j’ai abrégé mon séjour Sans demander un remboursement de la nuit suivante que je devais passer

A notre arrivée (15h30), notre réservation n'était pas prise en compte par l'hôtel. Il a fallut discuter avec l'assistance et ensuite avec une personne de l'hôtel. Une 1/2 heure plus tard nous avions notre chambre. Le lendemain matin, l'hôtesse nous a demandé de payer le petit déjeuner que nous avions déjà réglé dans notre réservation. après présentation de notre réservation et du montant et un peu de négociation, l'hôtesse a bien voulue nous imprimer la facture avec le petit déjeuner déjà réglé. Pour un 1ère chez B&B, c'est un peu limite.

Très bien dans l'ensemble. Proche de l'autoroute, donc très pratique. D'autant plus qu'il est facile d'accéder à sa réservation ou en faire une en cours de route, avec une machine de réservation dans le hall si besoin. Chambre propre, sauf le sol à certains endroit ce qui est dommage (le tapis de bain en a payé les frais). Literie toujours très confortable. Hôtel un peu cher, mais très pratique.
