"Easy to get settled into your room.... YOu can walk or drive to the beach which is five minute away from the hotel. Publix grocery store is over the bridge. You can leave the premise to travel North on A1A road...Fun, I saw the sunrise on V beach.. People are friendly. "

"This hotel is a great location on Vilano Beach, steps from the beach, close to restaurants and a grocery store. They do allow dogs which can be heard barking regularly as people leave their dogs in the rooms. Also, I had several neighbors that would shout down the hall at each other and one of them would leave their door open and the family would yell at each other from across the room - like they've never stayed in a hotel before! Very annoying. The beach chairs and umbrellas were extra costs and both umbrellas I had were broken but I was still charged. Pool was full of kids dive bombing and running around so it wasn't very relaxing to sit down there. Breakfast was fair, mostly high carb foods which I can't eat but there was yogurt and an egg dish daily. My fridge was way too cold and ruined most of the food I bought. Housekeepers were very friendly but didn't bring towels one day, never wiped down counters or tables and didn't replace toilet paper so I had to use tissues the last day I was there. It was cost effective but I probably wouldn't stay here again. Spend the extra money and stay at the Hyatt."

"We had such an “amazing” experience that we lasted a full 4–5 hours before leaving. From the moment we walked in, it was clear cleanliness was more of a suggestion than a standard. The floors were sticky, the headboard looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in years, and the sofa was covered in stains that I didn’t even want to think about. The bathroom? Let’s just say the mold in the shower was thriving. The room also doubled as a walk-in freezer thanks to a broken AC unit that was stuck blasting cold air. Naturally, the bed came with what can only be described as decorative sheets—no real blankets. When we asked for another blanket, we were given a thin, stained sheet that somehow made things worse. After a few hours of freezing, avoiding surfaces, and questioning our life choices, we decided to cut our losses and leave. If you’re looking for a place that redefines “basic cleanliness” and “comfort,” this might be for you. Otherwise, I’d strongly recommend staying literally anywhere else."
