"I booked the Parallel last minute since I was not happy with the hotel that was booked by the travel tour. The Parallel is in a good location, quiet for a good night rest/sleep. the room was clean, modern aesthetic. Nice bed/beddings, I had a good restful sleep. Manish provided above and beyond five star service. Suresh is another one with excellent customer experience.
