"The staff was amazing! From the people at the reception, the food, the waitresses were so sweet an accommodating! The hotel is located in front of the lake. My room had a view to the pool. I was able to arrange pick up and drop of from and to the airport. It was a great way to begin my journey in India! "

"We stayed at the Moustache Verandah hotel for our anniversary, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is incredibly clean, with everything spotless and well-maintained. The only minor issue we encountered was that the hot water didn’t always work, but it didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment. What truly makes this hotel stand out is the staff—they are absolutely amazing. Always friendly, attentive, and willing to help with anything we needed. One morning, we had to leave early...

"Room was not available and owner still accepted the booking. He did not even cancel the booking on asking. We faced too much difficulty finding another option to stay as it was too late. Terrible thing was when we asked expedia for refund even they supported that hotel made up story."

"Pour la première nuit, nous étions au 1er étage. Nous avons très peu dormi car beaucoup de bruit à cause du personnel et des gens qui rentrent tard. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre. Notre chambre se situait au 3eme etage beaucoup moins bruyant. Le personnel est bienveillant, l’hôtel magnifique mais comme la plupart des hôtels en inde, il n’y a aucune isolation. "Leela Palace was certainly nice. However, it is an older property that needs some renovation and maintenance. Food was good but not the best on our Rajasthan tour by any means. Service was good but certainly not at the level of the other Indian 5-star properties."

"If you like antique collections, they got some exotic items. The front office people are very nice, courteous, and very engaging. The restaurant upstairs is decent. I didn't want to step out for dinner after a hectic sightseeing day and the upstairs restaurant came to the rescue. I will say you will get more bang for the buck. "
