"Beautiful view of the lake, sunset and the nature. Well maintained property. Food was good but in other restaurants it could be even better. Staff is cooperative but a pleasant smiling appearance can add more shine to it. Overall a very good experience. I definitely recommend this property."

"Many things in the room were broken: AC, hairdryer, water temperature. The pool also had issues so that we couldn’t use it. The staff the the reception was very nice but the rest of the staff didn’t understand English properly. The location was very central but the last few meters to the hotel had dark corners. The hotel staff can also bring you and pick you up for this part. "

"Staff was not able to help during stay for extra bed. On expedia, it was showing us that 3 person can easily sleeps on king size bed. But hotel staff want us to pay extra for one more kid. Which was absurd . We paid extra for that. Overall experience for property was nice including rooms and food."
