My adult children tried to sleep on the upper deck but was too hot. The room has no AC but without screens on the sliding door, opening them to sleep drew in lots of bugs. With a lot of beautiful views all around. I had used the spa services (jacuzzi, dry sauna, steam room, and a massage) and they exceeded my expectations. They accommodated some last minute requests and I am so happy that I used their concierge service instead of looking elsewhere to explore the Sacred Valley. They have the best communication and I...

"Royer was great! He got us to the train station and made sure we saw the town before we boarded for Machu Pic"

"Nice place, near city center and easy access to transportation. Beautiful room, just a bit noisy. No A/C, so have to keep the patio door open. No fans available, so bring a small travel one if necessary. Would stay again, beautiful little town."

"Beautiful garden. Nice staff."

"Beautiful ancient location with modern features and amazing garden with stunning view on the mountains around the hotel. Very friendly and adequate staff. Would love to come again!!"
