The restaurants were great, e-bikes we loved, the bike and snorkel tour the hotel provides with Zef, Donny and Lisa was the best tour we had while in Aruba, and it was free! "Room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and quiet. Booked through Expedia and hotel charged $200 at check-in, still waiting for it to be credited back. Location by Eagle Beach and La Cabana restaurants make it a great choice."

"My experience was not so good. I reserved two rooms, for two persons each, and in the especials requirements I asked for 2 single beds in each room. I reinforced this requirement when the Welcome Team of the hotel send me a message some weeks before of my arrival. But no one told me that this requirement is not possible for the hotel. When I arrived, and I reminded the requirements to concierge, I realised that the rooms didn't were prepared. The solution was to assign two rooms for 4 persons, but only the room for kids that has two beds, but small, without window, poor lightning, and without a safety box. The staff didn't do so much to solve this problem in another way. The deception was so big, because we planned this trip some years ago to go all the family. I will not recommend Radisson."
