"Beautiful rural location, quiet, peaceful, and private. Hot tub was clean warm and secluded wonderful view of wild deer roaming property as you soak in hot tub. Easy access to downtown Victoria and all the city has to offer. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Would not hesitate to book this wonderful BnB again. The B&B was gorgeous, the bedroom & en-suite were wonderful and the hand made breakfast made by the host Juliette was so delicious. The location is such that you need a car but I think if you are travelling around the beautiful island of Vancouver you would have one anyway."

"The room rate quoted by Expedia was not the rate chargrd by the hotel.They increased it by $30 the second night and just over$50 the 3rd night. the kitchen was lacking an appliance and the room lighting was terrible.The staff were very pleasant.This a beautiful location ,it's too bad they are deceptive in their advertisung. "This was the first proper vacation my little family had ever taken. We lacked for nothing. The staff were very friendly and attentive. While there was no in-house breakfast (my fault for reading the listing info incorrectly) the hotel restaurant was absolutely delicious. The hotel pool was lovely, there were tons of entertaining amenities, and the rooms were cleaned daily, with fresh sheets each day. I don't think you could beat it for the price point. "
