"Average clean room with a small refrigerator and microwave. Nothing fancy, but a comfortable bed and great staff. I would recommend it for an overnight stay. Lots of free parking and a great deal on long term parking during a vacation away."

"Very accommodating to early check in request. A very cosy little cottage just a tiny bit on the small side. Two suitcases - not a lot of space to have them both open. Very clean, great area - peaceful and beautiful grounds - views were lovely. Would def stay there again if in Victoria. Was not able to take advantage of the breakfast unfortunately, but the menu looked delicious!"

"The room is nicer the most apartments haha. The only downfall is the down pillows with no options for a differnt ones. It’s got a great view and if you like golfing and hiking it’s right there"

"I laughed when the motel came up as I remembered it from my childhood. I didnt know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised by our stay. The rooms weren’t fancy but very clean. I wasn’t bothered by any traffic noise and the bed was very comfortable (best pillows ever). The staff were all wonderful and friendly. The breakfast did the trick and the great room was nice. Awesome to have tea, coffee, and specialty coffees available at all times. The guests mingling and having the pool table...

"Everything was good about the stay. I’d like to see an EV charger that is not Tesla. There are chargers for 2 Teslas but no other EVs can use them."

"Great staff. Always helpful. The room was clean. Loved the big hooks by the door. All hotel rooms should have them. Easy to take the bus to the wharf area. Bonus were the yo-yo and Grandma’s Basement"

"Beautiful place to stay. The highlight is the breakfast prepared by a chef, and the lovely deer that were grazing outside. It’s also a short walk up the street to the lieutenant governor’s residence with the lovely walking trails and Craigdarroch castle."

"Great stay and the staff were very welcoming. The building has suffered some wear and tear, the elevators look pretty worn and the signs of use are apparent. Some investment into freshening up the look of the property could prove helpful for return visits. Other than those items the room was clean, the bedsheets were ready but not pressed well which was functional but not pleasing upon entry. Overall, the big seller was the location was reasonably close to downtown with parking on a weekend...
