Even though they state it, a hotel with no elevator, no air conditioning in the common areas and with windows that would let in any noise from the street ( thankfully I did not stay on a weekend) cannot be consider as such. The wet room style of bathroom meant that shower water often pooled by the loo, (whose seat was a bit loose).
