"Everything was excellent except I have a hard time with super firm mattresses because I don't sleep on my back. I also had a small issue with our room facing the McDonald's next door and their lights are on all night. I would prefer a blackout shade to louvers or in addition. Otherwise, our room was very nice and it was exceptionally clean. This is a good, budget priced hotel and right near the freeway, but you don't hear the freeway noise. Other guests were respectful and there were no hotel doors slamming or guests coming in late at night with loud voices. Overall, if I wasn't being woken up by the very firm mattress, I would give 5+ stars. "

"It was a beautiful view and nice clean cute room. The staff was absolutely kind and helpful and friendly. The bar and restaurant was very nice as well with above average food. The only downfall was the noise and chaos from Old Sacramento at night.we where woken up one night to a group af kids(not staying on the delta king) screaming and fighting. Did not feel safe that anyone can wonder on board and no security. It’s a shame because it’s a fun place to stay."

"Great budget friendly place to stay within a short walk to Old Town Sacramento. Clean room with a comfortable bed and a nice complimentary breakfast of bagels and pastries. The only downside was that it was a bit noisy with the freeway nearby."

"Rooms are dark and likely to hide the dirt. The air quality in room was bad and I coughed all night. The photos and reality were not the same by any means. Expecred a king, but was double that didnt fit room. Windows were aluminum and could hear even the hum of electric vehicles parking. Noisy room. Breakfast was great. The staff was very nice. Parking seemed adequate (I didnt bring car but since the parking was partially under the room i could see and hear them. Each person getting out of their cars. "

"Nice place but key card reader has issues was stuck outside for 15 minutes with no one at front desk. There was a light that would blink on and off all night was very frustrating."

"The staff was really nice and helpful with my question over the phone about checking in late. I also found the room really comfortable and clean. The whole hotel is really a vibe because it’s clean and luxurious but also is in a historic building. It was a good location as well around different parts of downtown and walkable. I really enjoyed the brunch, and also the complementary water bottles and coffee ! The staff at the front desk were super friendly too and made me feel welcome ! Literally one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at."
