"This was one of the best places we stayed on our travels! There were two large sofas so all 4 of us could sit comfortably. The kitchen was very well equipped and we were able to cook. It was nice to have our own balcony to sit out. Our host helped us with a driver and was generally very helpful. "

"100% NOT recommend.
1) Failure of Essential Facilities: During our stay, there was no hot water available. Despite following the instructions and attempting to engage the hot water system multiple times, the unit remained non-functional. This was particularly distressing as it was midnight and I was traveling with my elderly mother, who was unwell at the time and required basic comforts that the property failed to provide.

"There was great communication between us and the staff. We did have a bit of trouble when it came to the airport shuttle, but it was solvable and in the end did not have an impact on our experience there. The location is beautiful. It is located in Onna village which is quieter at night, so if you are looking for nighttime experiences, you would have to drive or taxi about 20-30 minutes to chatan to do so.
