I only stayed one night, I liked the location of the hotel, it is almost in front of the monorail, the receptionist is very attentive. As it is close to the monorail station, it was easy to get to the airport

The room is not well cleaned when we moved in. There are layer of dust on the shelf, especially the top shelf. The container used to store the tissue paper is very dirty. There's a layer of dust on it too. Service staff is friendly. Location is excellent.

We enjoyed everything about our stay here: very kind and helpful front desk associates, easy check-in/out, VERY comfortable beds, super clean, rather spacious room for Japan, we even had unexpected nice views of the river. We loved the shower head in our room and the water pressure! We only had some ‘issues’ with the proper functioning of the a/c. The parking was a great added bonus for us as we had a rental car. Fab as well to have a Family mart and 7/11 next door for morning coffees ;) You won’t be disappointed by staying there. We would go back if the opportunity arises. Thank you for having us. 4泊5日でこちらのホテルに宿泊しました。 自分の手違いでツインを予約したつもりがダブルになっており、変更をお願いしようとしましたが満室のためそのまま宿泊しました。これは仕方がなかったと思います。 スタッフの多くは外国籍の方でしたが、日本語もとても上手で、接客も丁寧でした。ホテル全体も清潔で、客室にはアメニティも揃っていて快適に過ごせました。 駐車場はホテルのすぐそばにあり、満車の場合でも近くにTimesの駐車場があり、料金も同じだったのでとても便利でした。また、壺川駅から徒歩すぐの立地でアクセスも良かったです。 ただ少し残念だったのは、部屋の冷蔵庫の中に前の宿泊者が残したと思われる焼き鳥のような物や吸い物がそのまま入っていたことです。 清掃が行き届いていれば、より気持ちよく滞在できたと思います。 総合的には満足できる滞在でした。
