"This hotel was the filthiest room I have ever stayed in. If it wasn't already paid for, I would have left. There was a huge clump of long black hair on the top of the toilet tank. Every surface was dirty enough we had to wipe them off with a wet cloth just to even tolerate it. The offer was made for another room but, we had already cleaned this one.
