"room was not ready when we got there and it was after five and there was several other people waiting to check in. Had my Dad with us and he was tired and they didn't know when we would get in our room so went across the road and got a room and got right in. I want my money refunded back onto my card. Terrible way to run a business"

We were at breakfast an hour before it was supposed to end but was told they were out of fruit and out of other things. Poor selection of breakfast items. Overall, the place looks old and tired and the staff reflect that."
