"We were delayed on our flight and unable to check our voicemail, and this was beyond our control. I didn’t realize my credit card hadn’t been charged yet. We were exhausted and it was after midnight, but the service was excellent. A special shout-out to Cynthia, who graciously accommodated us with a room—even after midnight—which prevented a potential nightmare with three young kids. She also arranged a shuttle for us, which was a wonderful bonus since it had already ended. A big thank-you to Julius as well, who was ready to go home but flexed to pick us up from the airport. I highly recommend Cynthia, a gem with outstanding customer service, and Julius for his hard work and friendly demeanor. The hotel is well-kept, kid-friendly, and offers a convenient shuttle to the airport."

"In the big scheme of things, as with all hotel rooms, you just have to manage expectations. After driving up the mountain to park, walking down some outside stairs that are in desperate need of repair and most likely would fail any sort of safety inspection it had to go through, once inside we were created by a delightful person who checked me in and gave me a room in the back so as to be a little quieter. The room itself was clean. The bathroom was dated and is probably due to be refurbished. Other than that, the cookies available at check-in made up for it. Typical Hampton Inn breakfast buffet, but an exceptionally clean area."
