"This unique hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the city center, Santo Domingo Church, and the Zócalo, making it a perfect location for exploring the area. The property is beautiful, charming, and truly one of a kind. What made our stay even more memorable was the exceptional staff. I would like to give a special thank you to Eduardo, who went above and beyond to help us choose the perfect room. He also shared valuable information about the city and recommended wonderful activities that made our visit even more enjoyable. I would also like to recognize Itzel Ameyalli and Eida Saraí for their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again."

"オアハカに魅せられたひとりです。オアハカ訪問の目的の一つは、こちらへの宿泊と食事です。今回で5回目くらいの訪問で、ここ近年で宿泊料金はそれなりに高くなったなと思いますが（日本の為替状況の影響もありますが）、雰囲気やサービスを考えれば価値があります。部屋の落ち着いた佇まい（それほど部屋は広くないです。修道院の雰囲気そのままなので広さや明るさを求める方には向かないかもしれません）、庭の美しさ、スタッフの方々全員がフレンドリーかつ丁寧で、食事がおいしく、どれをとっても５つ星まちがいないホテルです。立地も、サントドミンゴ教会から徒歩3分程度、ソカロからも徒歩でお散歩するのにちょうどよい距離です。庭に面したテラスで取る朝食は満足度が高いです。夕食ではモレをいただきました。わたしにとっては世界一のモレです。唯一難点だと感じるのは、シャワーです。天井備え付けタイプで水圧が弱く、水の出る穴の数が少なく方向がまちまちなので十分に浴びることができず、洗髪も時間がかかります。可動式のシャワーにかわると良いなと思います。また、冷蔵庫がないのもちょっと不便に感じました。ですが、こんな２点は取るに足らない難点だと思えるほど、素晴らしいホテルです。"

"The people were so warm, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel was clean and beautiful. From the gorgeous views to the clean crisp bedding and convenient toiletries. I would highly recommend this place to all family and friends. Delicious breakfast included! I would definitely stay here again. Location was right at the center of most of the local vibrant life. Easy walking distance to the cathedrals."
