"We had a wonderful stay at Oyado Kiyomizuya this fall! This ryoken offers an authentic onsen experience in the beautiful Noboribetsu onsen town. The staff were lovely and truly made this such a special place to stay. While other hotels may offer more modern facilities, Oyado Kiyomizuya provided a unique, authentic experience, from a peaceful private onsen, to spacious tatami mat rooms, to delicious kaiseki dinner and breakfast and more. 1:free unlimited coffee and juices for overnight guest 24hours 2:outdoor onsen is good 3:free massage chair 4:very clean room 5:BBQ dinner buffet included but the food taste normal only 6:laundry machine available, perfect for who went to ski and wanna wash their wet clothes 7:staffs are nice and helpful, one of the staff spoke fluent mandarin and that help a lot :) 8:walking distance to ski area 9:plenty of parking and the parking is free

Nice quiet hotel with a nice hot spring and scenary/landscape. Room is spacious and supposed to have great view of the mountain but ours was blocked by a big generator. The disappointment of this trip was upon checking in, we were informed that we would have no special dinner as we need to order at least 3 days in advance. This applies for other nearby hotels in Jozankei as we were turned away by 2 other hotel's restaurants. The feeling was awful and we felt devastated. We managed to eat...

One of our best stay in Japan! The inn is pretty small so it's great for a relaxing stay. The highlight of our stay was definitely the service, the staff was really friendly and helpful. Besides that, both dinner and breakfast were amazing too. The food was not only tasty but they look so pretty too. The onsen was a little small but since the inn isn't big, the onsen won't be crowded. We even get to enjoy it just to ourselves. Overall, it was definitely worth the money and if you are looking for...
