I was even told by the front desk staff that the manager was in a bad mood, and will not want to speak with me about it. "We were given a handicapped room (not requested). The shower leaked onto the floor and the handheld sprayer did not have a hook or adjustable rod to raise the shower head. We ended up not using the shower the second night. "

No water available in the rooms and for what they charge a night you would think they would add a bottle by the bed. In my room a whole electric panel was out of the wall hanging down with exposed wires!
