"Pool is not heated and was ice cold. We also asked for extra pillows twice and was told they didn’t have any which can’t be true since the hotel wasn’t even halfway booked. The water pressure in the shower is very minimal."

"Another great evening at the Brown Hotel for my son and I. The helpful & friendly staff really make it a treat to stay here. We had a late dinner in the lobby, and as usual the food was excellent. Our room had a really nice view. The front desk staff always had friendly greetings. "The hotel itself was great; it was very clean, and there was always an attendant at the front desk if you had any questions. The only issue I had was that room service never came to replace used towels or tidy up the room. Also, the shower has a gap that allows water to flow onto the floor, creating a slipping hazard."
