"Staff at hotel are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast pastry was delicious, as was the coffee. Staff will get you your particular pastry if none is on the tray. The pool is cute, as is the whole motel. While we always got a parking space there isn’t a plentiful supply…There is a supermarket within 10 mins walk (Vons), and WB is just 10 mins walk away. Both of these walks are safe. Great hotel in lovely, safe area and well serviced with restaurants. "
"Not your run-of-the-mill hotel. Older property steeped in history with warm, interesting architecture with a lot of heart. Excellent staff -- especially Falcon at the front desk and Raul at the pool bar. I had a little trouble keeping the room temperature constant, but I'll attribute that to user error. Overall a truly enjoyable experience that I hope to repeat soon."

"Valet parking, and parking fees were not disclosed on Expedia. Other than that, great stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Needed more blankets for the pull out bed but we made due. Check in and check out was super easy. Staff was very nice and accommodating. "
"The W hotel was an excellent experience. I did have a suite and additional amenities, such as valet and breakfast. The food was wonderful. The staff was top notch, and the ned was probably the most comfortable I've experienced. I'll definitely stay there again! "

Only downfall is that with cleaning only offered once a week or fee charged floor got really gross, we ran out of toilet paper and had to wash our towels we ended having to buy a broom and more toilet papers would be nice if clean towels and more toilet paper were provided every few days and broom was provided in...

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were all excellent and really seem to care which always makes for an ideal experience. The room was cleaned well and comfortable and had everything we needed. They had a security person who was watching the parking area at night which made me feel safe about parking our rental here. "
