"Yes the front desk very helpful. I got given a free drink as it was my birthday. So thoughful. One problem we had was the breakfast it was very poor. We arrived at 9.15am food dryed up. We did complain about it that was our worst Hilton breakfast we had. "

"With medium to high expectation prior checking in Hilton chain hotel - Hampton, well, it is absurdly disappointing to be greeted by reception around 2-3pm (was unable to retrieve the said receptionist name due to the fact that he was rude and lazy to talk to us). As a hotel guests to be greeted and represented by rude reception fronting customer and representing Hampton by Hilton is pathetic - leaves much to be desired and we won’t recommend this hotel to anyone. "Convenient location, next to the Metro Rogier. less than 10 min walk from Brussels NOrth Station (one station from the airport). Many restaurants in 5-10 min walk and nice area to walk around. Small and large grocery stores to get fruits, snacks and drinks are all nearby. Only complain is the opening hour of the gym on 29th floor. It is open at 7 am. Several people were waiting before 7 am to use the facility. It should be open at 6 or even earlier. THere is no body to physically open the...

"Everything was excellent!! Great and helpful staff, beautiful, neat and clean room. Delicious breakfast, the location is a big plus. Anna made my stay so much better with her kindness and positive attitude. She was always smiling, patient, and ready to help with any question I had. She truly represents the best of hospitality. I hope the hotel knows what a gem they have in her! "
