We popped the 'please make up my room' sign on twice during our visit and it was just ignored however when we didnt put up the sign we came back to a clean room. "A nice unit in a great location right by the City Center, literally across the street from a Metro station. Everything as advertised. No staff on site but staff was very responsive via text when needed. So why a 4 instead of 5? It is located on a busy street, and while the traffic was expected, there were a few nights where it was hard to sleep because the cars stopped at the adjacent traffic light regularly had their music extremely loud until 2 or 3 AM. "Very comfortable and the studio apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. The only comment is that there was just one pillow each and no spare ones. However, a request was made for extra pillows and these were very quickly provided. The hotel is very close to excellent public transport links taking about 45 minutes by bus into central Copenhagen and 10 minutes by bus to the coast and deer park.
