"Clean room with a refrigerator and dishwasher in the room, which was very convenient. The staff were polite and helpful, though a warmer, more welcoming attitude would have made the experience even better. Breakfast and the overall breakfast service could use some improvement."

On the first day, we were still asleep when the housekeeper entered to change the towels and clean the bathroom with us right there; we woke up from the noise and asked her to leave, and she got annoyed. "The indoor pool was not enjoyable at all. It was too cold. My daughter and her boyfriend stayed in it for about an hour but ended up getting out and getting sick due to it being so cold. The hot tub didn’t even work. The rooms we had were great and so clean so that was a big plus. The front office staff were very amazing and so friendly especially Tiki. "

Halls smelt like weed and when we got there pictures were fallen off the walls and had to get a new room got to our new room and the tv did not have an HDMI cord so then we had to wait for them to see if they had one finally gave up and almost left due to everything not being right.
