"The gentlemen that helped me was so nice, very helpful, however the next day the Hispanic lady in the front desk was so short and rude. You could tell she thinks she owns the hotel and looked very unhappy to be there. Very poor customer service skills, She needs someone to train her on how you are suppose to talk to paying customers. I paid to be there it was not free the least I expect is courteous customer service. Disappointing."
