"There was no seating available for early arrivals, and they did not allow us to store our luggage—making it quite difficult to arrive ahead of schedule. Fortunately, since my daughter was sleeping in her stroller, a staff member kindly allowed us to check in an hour early; otherwise, we wouldn't have been able to access our room until 3:00 PM. I would advise others to take this into consideration."

"The room was clean and comfortable only problem I had there was no refrigerator"

"Nothing unique. The woman working morning shift.....I felt she was rude to customers that had an issue with their rooms. Not only rude but called the police on 2 different customers instead of trying to resolve their issues professionally. I don't think she should have any dealing with public. The night shift male was respectful, attentive and professional. My issue was the room I stayed in ....the door needs to be fixed....you have to use your shoulder to push door open and slam shut....
