"Great place. Very cool vibe. Like the style. Suite was good. Expensive. Service was a variable. A bit disorganized . Waited a long time for bags to get sent to room. Every day I asked for my car to be pulled from valet and when I got there had to ask again and long wait. Otherwise staff was friendly."

"Top Lage direkt gegenüber vom Farmers Market und The Grove. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren schön renoviert, aber etwas klein. Weniger gut fanden wir die Sanitäranlagen (vor allem die Toilettenspülung) sowie die Ausstattung (Kaffeemaschine und Bügeleisen eher enttäuschend und nur auf Anfrage). Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig und bei einem Zimmer Richtung Straße hört man den Verkehr deutlich, positiv fanden wir aber, dass das Hotel daran gedacht hat und...

"Petit Ermitage is a fun, funky, caberet of an "experience"- tucked into a tiny street in the middle of West Hollywood, it's a weird retreat from regular life. Covered in ivy, filled with art, discreet, hushed, quirky- if you want a getaway this is the place. The carpet was kinda gross and the mini bar extended all the way through the room. It was kind of trying to be Chateau Marmont, but I've stayed at Chateau Marmont several times and Petit Ermitage is not it. The fire beds on the roof bar were...

"The room was nice and clean. However, the hotel was extremely noisy, and I woke up multiple times during the night because of the noise throughout the property. In addition, the staff was not helpful. I lost my sunglasses at the main entrance and called the hotel within less than five minutes, but unfortunately they were not helpful at all in trying to assist or follow up."
