"Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. When we approached the front desk to address an issue with our room, the staff were unhelpful and came across as quite rude. Additionally, there was no hot water available for showering, which was a major inconvenience. The hotel's facilities feel very dated, and the thin walls make it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms and hallways. "Free breakfast good,didn’t like on line ordering for meals and drinks , suggest people staying there to take ferry from train station ,and suggest to guests how to move around with ferries on day passes as it’s out of the way of main stream without them ,"

"Excellent friendly staff. Good breakfast. Did not like the over the bath shower. I have arthritis and getting into and then out of the bath to have a shower was difficult, even dangerous. There were no grab rails and the shampoo and conditioner were at the far end of the bath, totally wrong position. Also the bath plug was broken and needed to be replaced. Staff dealt with this very quickly and efficiently and were apologetic. In summary, excellent staff, poor room."

"Received a very friendly welcome on arrival at the hotel. Location is perfect for both bus and train station. Many restaurants nearby to choose from and handy for the water taxis if you don’t fancy walking. Breakfast was plentiful and great selection. Would highly recommend this hotel. "
