Across the street were several fast food restaurants as well as multiple grocery stores we could reach in less than a minute. The apartments have been renovated and we’re quite comfortable, despite some wear and tear being visible. The next example of this is when we arrived to the apartment, one of the door handles...

"This property needs a serious refresh. Not up to Expedia standards. Black mold in a tiny shower. Mysterious check in at a different location. Flooring that is worn out and with gaps. Lack of proper bedding for the hide a bed. Sparse kitchen supplies. Couldn’t take out garbage per instructions because no access to parkcade. 2 out of five only because it is a good location"
