The hotel room was comfortable and well-maintained, giving the feeling that the hotel truly invests in its guests’ comfort. Because the hostel is adjacent to the pub and other businesses, I appreciated that the hostel area was secure accessible with keycards, as well as the rooms themselves. I missed out on breakfast but overall, I would absolutely stay here again. "

"If you want to stay at a hotel that has no reception checkin, you have to speak to someone by phone, no tea/coffee/kettle or curtains, no soap in the shower, no transport to train station and takes 2 hours (but its only 8miles)to get to the centre of Basel and no employees present after 9pm then this is the hotel for you."
