"The staff were ever so helpful. A lot of the staff spoke multiple languages, which helped a lot. (I am only English speaking) Catered for gluten free and offered oat and soya milk. Fully stocked fridge with beer, water and soft drinks. 5 mins walk from the highstreet. 20 min walk to vitra museum. Only rated 4/5 for condition because there was ongoing maintenance which I wasn’t aware of. However this didn’t disrupt our stay. The room was perfect and breakfast was great. "

The hotel is very conveniently positioned and about 10 or 15 minutes to the tram stop into Basel. The breakfast was absolutely first class - plenty of options and the rooms were great."

"The staff were absolutely fantastic and extremely helpful. The breakfast included a great variety with food to suit all tastes. We stayed here to visit Basle which was a short tram ride away. It took about half an hour to get to the tram station. I think this would be a good hotel to visit if on a motorbike tour as there's a big car park and an excellent bar.
