"Hotel location and facilities are excellent. However now charging €12.00 for tea/coffee facilities in the room. The rooms no longer have individual iron/ironing board either. Not very convenient for a business traveller."

"It was fine. The customer service was not friendly or inviting as other posts had said. Also, I sat down to breakfast thinking it was included (I had forgotten whether I booked breakfast or not). I told my server my room number and they acted as though it was included, but then I was handed a bill at the end. I had not booked breakfast and this is my fault ultimately, but the server really should have said something when I gave my room number, not after we ate. Otherwise, it was fine."

"The hotel is clean, and the area is great. I didn't´t mind so much that there is not private toilette in the rooms. What bothered me a bit is that you here the other rooms quite well. But the big dissapointment was the service at the breakfast. I can understand that it is a "privat" hotel, and every guest goes to the one table in the kitchen, everything being a bit like invading someones home.
