"My family stayed at Hotel Zed overnight while visiting the Okanagan and had a wonderful experience. We loved the colourful theme, fun freebies, game room, and free bikes. The location is fantastic, right beside the park and within walking distance of downtown. The staff were kind and welcoming, and our room was upgraded that made our stay even more special. Highly recommended for families! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"The rooms are modernized, including a charging station with multiple outlets. There is a pool and a sauna and there are several beautiful rose gardens on the property. There is ample parking behind the hotel, and the hotel is reasonably close to amenities in Kelowna. The breakfast was decent, but the attendant seemed lazy, and claimed that there were no more eggs available even though there was half an hour left in their published breakfast hours."

"Steve was a gracious host. The property is lovely. The rooms are large and attractively furnished with all the amenities one could want. We had breakfast on the balcony which had a lovely view. Steve was a chef in a former life and it showed in the quality of the breakfast which was both beautifully presented and delicious. We will definitely recommend this establishment to our friends."

"This place is a gem! It’s cleaner than clean and the staff take pride in their home. They do all the little things that make one feel welcome. I actually ended up booking an other night cause I loved it so much. Highly recommend home away from home!"
