"We love this area of Chattanooga, and the old train station and this hotel are pillars of the history of the area. The hotel is very nicely remodeled. We stayed in a King room, but we hope to come back and stay in one of the train cars. The people are so nice - Dian, the head concierge, recognized us from another trip to the area and gave us a bottle of champagne to share in our room. The pool, the patio with fire pits, everything has such a relaxing atmosphere to it. The hotel’s restaurant next...

"The website states that they have cribs available and they don’t have them. We also had 2 rooms and one of the rooms smelled like smoke and the bathroom smelled like urine. The other room was clean."

One of the best things about this hotel is its location it’s right in the center of everything, making it easy to get to restaurants, attractions, and shopping. "The rooftop bar and pool were amazing. The staff was very helpful and nice. The hotel is very clean. The only complaint would be that there was no coffee maker in the room. We had to go to the coffee shop in lobby and pay for coffee."

"Everything was great. Breakfast was ample and had a nice variety of ifems My only negative was the fact that the desk clerk gave the room number out loud. Not only to me but to the previous guest. I have traveled as a single women on many business trips and would have requested another room and only a written number on the key envelope. Luckily both the previous quest (who I did not know) and myself were with our husbands. I was also not thrilled at a trip jar in the breakfast room. "
