"From the outside, the place doesn't look great. But the inside looked really good. It was clean and looked freshly redone. Staff was friendly. Would recommend to stay there. "

"Plenty of parking in front, very clean. We did not use any amenities, but this place is close to Ruby Falls. Rock City and Incline Railroad which we really enjoyed! Great location!"

"Stayed at The Read House Hotel and had a great overall experience. Check-in was quick and staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The common areas were inviting with nice private nooks. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and modern but the shower design did get the floor wet easily. The bed was comfortable, but there were no extra linens for the pull out. When we called, they only brought a sheet and couldn’t find a blanket. The pool was clean and nice, but not heated (personal preference) and the waterfall made it pretty loud. Overall, I’d stay again!"

"The hotel was the perfect location. It is away from the crowds but close to restaurants and stores. It was also very close to three of the main attractions. The staff was very accommodating, especially Ishmael. We asked for a Keurig for our room and they bought up one. But they had fresh coffee all day in the breakfast area. Our microwave was not working so they replaced it. The bed was very comfortable. and it was pretty quiet. The breakfast was hot and a different variety each day. "
