"First of all, there were not many staff members who knew what they were doing. You could ask a question and they didn’t know the answer. We asked for sugar for our coffee and they brought cream. We asked for more regular coffee and we got decaf. We called for room service and breakfast was overcooked and had no flavor. We had a few glasses to be taken and they left them for days. "I loved the place, and it right next to a hunted graveyard. The breakfast was excellent also. My only issue was an old guy at the front desk. Wanted to extended my stay and made my do it the wrong way causing a pending charge on my account for a week. The management team was great to try and help resolve, thank you!"

"Charming property in a great location, close to dining, sightseeing, entertainment. Room was clean and comfortable, ample parking, super friendly staff. Has an indoor pool, but I didn’t have a chance to use it. Offered coffee and light breakfast delivered to the room. Would definitely stay here again, next time I am in the area!"

"Room smelled as if a strong detergent was used, was not pleasant. AC was noisy and did not let me sleep as it was too hot to turn it off. Location was good, breakfast was practical.my room was at the end of a long corridor, far from enterance."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay in the Block Island cottage. The water view with a variety of boats passing by was awesome. The rooms are beautiful and thoughtfully stocked with whatever one might need during a stay. We will be back again, soon I hope!"

"We stayed in the king suite as we were travelling with a toddler. Spacious room with plenty of space for toddler to play around. Pool was great, it was not cold like other heated pools that I have been to. Breakfast was average. The only issue I had was that despite the hotel having a 3pm check-in policy, my room was not ready until 4pm. Apparently the front desk did not mark the room as checked out, and was therefore not cleaned. This was very frustrating especially that we had a toddler."

"I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff were friendly and helpful. One of the positives for me was the strong shower. Too often hotels use flow restrictors, so this was a nice change. The breakfast was good as well."

"The hotel is centrally located to many of the areas attraction. Unfortunately, however the hotel is located in a section of town that I did not feel particularly safe to walk off the grounds."
