The only thing it has going for it is the location. The room was gross. Arrived at 10pm and were placed on a 2nd floor despite booking and paying for 1st floor. The room was big, but the beds seemed too small. I went back to the lobby to confirm we were placed into a room with 2 queen beds, and was told "you know how sometimes clothes run small? Maybe these beds run small." I had to walk away to keep from being rude. Since it was already late, we decided to crash. The next morning when we actually looked at the room, we realized just how awful it was: We found a used bandaid by the bed, the carpet was stained and dirty, paint was peeling, walls were cracked and patched, and the couch was so stained it looked like it had been a prop in an adult film. A second trip down to the front desk to request housekeeping for the next day (they don't come to your room unless you request it a day in advance). Then, when we tried taking showers, the water wouldn't turn on. ANOTHER trip to the front desk to request maintenance, which I don't think ever got called. After waiting an hour, I yanked on the knob so hard that I felt like I was pulling the entire faucet out of the wall in order to get the water to work. Next day, we got back at 4pm to no housekeeping. Called the front desk and was told no one told the cleaning staff to come to our room. No one at desk to checkout. Took timestamped pic of me dropping off my room key in the box they left out on the counter. NEVER. AGAIN.
