"A little disappointed with my stay overall. The reception staff were lovely, welcoming, and friendly, which made for a great first impression. Unfortunately, my experience with room service wasn't as positive. The first person I spoke to seemed a little disorganised, and after waiting over an hour for the food I had ordered, I called back only to be told it had been delivered to the wrong room. As there was no answer at that room, no one thought to call me to let me know, which felt a little...

"Our second stay at this lovely hotel. It’s elegant without being stuck up. All the staff were lovely. I had the most fantastic green curry in Drakes restaurant; a good nights sleep in very comfortable bed; a great breakfast (yogurt, fresh pineapple and fruit coulis especially appreciated!); and a nice dip in the pool before leaving. Thanks!"

"The hotel was such a disappointment. The hotel reception is the nicest part, the rooms, or at least the rooms we were in across the bridge were so dated and dull. It was the hottest day of the year and the only place in the hotel with air con was the reception desk. The pool and jacuzzi was nice but not worth going back for. So much better value out there."

"We stayed in a twin room .beds comfortable but room very narrow. No mirror to do hair.toilet roll holder broken. Friendly staff in restaurant, lovely food. Not much disabled parking which made things difficult. Lovely treatments in spa."
