"As I have an immune disorder which means there are certain foods I can't eat I am always cautious when staying at a place for the first time, I have to say I had no reason to be as the staff were very reassuring and helpful, pointing out any possible triggers and reassuring me that what I eat was safe The room was clean as in hoovering, dusting and cleaning the bathroom but there were a couple of issues like skirting boards could do with a clean along with the windows in fact when the sun was on a certain angle you could see where someone had doodled on the window, nothing rude btw :-)"

"Modern, clean and very comfortable, a great stay in a recently built hotel. Excellent location for exploring Gloucester. Breakfast a little inconsistent- not good first morning, far better the next day. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay again- the rooftop terrace was great!"

"This is the first time we have stayed at this hotel but it certainly will not be the last. The hotel staff were excellent, very helpful, polite and accommodating. Our room was clean, airy and very cosy, a fan and cold water was in the room for our comfort during the hot weather we experienced. Breakfast was wonderful, well cooked, good quality food and plenty of it. The continental breakfast was equally excellent, great choice of everything. On the whole we are more than happy to recommend this premises and look forward to our next visit."

Gloucester Robinswood Hotel by Sunday

"The room and the hotel were clean enough. They can do some deep cleaning every month though like the sides on the floor. Parking was easy and safe but I wish it was free for the customers. The only problem is I think they should change their curtains in the bathroom as they have brown colours on it. It is the easiest thing to do as I normally put it in the washing machine and clean mine and it’s like brand new."
