"I want to say a Big Thank you to the whole staff especially to Clarice who was a pure GEM and also to Carmen and Alia who were wonderful. They all always did the maximum for my stay to be enjoyable and also to me as a client. They were always available for any questions, assistance and guidance for my stay to be enjoyable as possible. "I asked for a ground floor room and was assured they had made note of that. When I arrived I was offered a choice of rooms considering my desire of lack of steps. Beyond that I found the grounds beautiful and everything indoors and out to be nicely tended without being too fussy."

"Rooms were clean, breakfast is excellent.
We did have an issue with hot water in the shower but after 2days of stay we were moved to another room and everything was good. The beach is right across the hotel. Convenient store is right next to the hotel. Friendly staff."

"Great location. Very friendly staff. Just be aware you will have a $70 per night resort fee and a $200 per nightand a $200 per night incidental fee. You can poetically see . The resort though was top notch!"
