"The property is gorgeous. The private beach is small but it is a paradise. The food at the hotel restaurants was delicious. The staff was excellent. We had an ocean view king suite. We didnt like that the couch didn’t lock when you sat on it so it kept sliding into the pull out bed. The closet door wouldnt fully shut and there was a window in there with no curtain. And the shower is tiny! But the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Would stay again. "

"Need some work but ok .."

"The property is advertised as a 5 star but really its more of 3 star. Other than that my husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Be sure that if you leave the hotel you negotiate with the taxi driver BEFORE you get in. Sometimes they try to change the price. Thats not on the hotel at all i just wanted to add that so people can be aware. We werent able to get reservations at any of the restaurants but the buffet was delicious...

"AMAZING place to stay. Beautiful, safe and clean. The AC worked amazing and the water pressure was great. The pools are beautiful and the option for breakfast in the morning was such a luxury. The beds were SUPER comfortable and the property was beautiful. The trees offered fresh delicious mangos for your eating. It was easy to find, getting in and out and locking the door was easy and such a breeze. I literally have ZERO complaints. My only recommendation would be to have a rental car as taxis...

"The host was absolutely amazing! It had a great experience and would recommend it to anyone. This is minor, the only thing I didn't like was the plastic covers on the pillows and the bed, but everything, and I mean everything was great!"

"The water park and pools provided a lot of options. Lots of dining options. Didn’t like that the pools were all 4 foot. Clean and they cleaned our room everyday and always helped us if we needed another sheet or blanket or had questions "
