The hotel was great in housekeeping. The staff was not always friendly or helpful. When I asked the front desk about how the bus system worked there, they treated me like I was not worthy of an answer and didn’t. When I went to breakfast in the morning the host didn’t ask me my room number, instead he yelled at me for it as if I knew I should give it to him without him asking in the first place. Just rude. The night before I checked out, the front desk called to ask if I was checking out the next morning which I confirmed I was and he then asked if I needed to order a taxi to go to the airport and informed him that I planned on taking the train as it was well within walking distance. We’ll come morning, there was no hot water and no heated towels anymore. I believe that was in retaliation to me not agreeing to a taxi as the conversation when I checked in was that the hotel can arrange the taxi for me and they would get credit for doing so.
Needless to say, I would not stay there again as there are other hotels to go to that would not treat people like they did me. I’ve never experienced such rude behavior at a hotel before. It’s too bad, the other people there did a great job.
