Booked 2 separate rooms, Beautiful place however this Hotel turns off the air con at this time of year, the rooms reached 28 degrees and sleeping at night was unbearable. The Hotel also has a roof top bar and the noise above all rooms on the 5th floor is absolutely shocking. Staff was nice on Day1 but as soon as we mentioned about the temperature in the room & the noise their manners changed & became very rude.

First time in Rome and I could not be any more happy with our stay at NH Fori Imperiali , from check in to check out we received exceptional service . The view from our room was spectacular, walkability to most of the monuments are within 10 to 15 minutes. Truly a 5 star experience.

First time visit to Rome and I was so happy I picked this hotel. Me and my wife loved it. The service was above and beyond and I loved the location. The room was super clean and believe me I am a weirdo when it comes to rooms and I had no complaints. I am actually booking another stay with them this summer.

NH Collection Roma Fori Imperiali could not be any better. Our last minute booking online on New Year’s Eve felt so luxurious. The view from the rooftop bar is incredible. The small food menu was well executed and just the thing for us when we arrived starving. The room was well appointed with luxury amenities including robe and slippers, capsule coffee maker and a large selection of extras in case you were missing something. A special call out for the really excellent staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and pampered. We loved it and now both of us want to return with our families!

All the hotel staff are very warm and welcoming. The hotel reception, Francesca spent a good amount of time helping us orientate the hotel vicinities and recommending places to go. She even messaged us once our room is ready ahead of check-in time. The hotel very walkable to most of the places of interest around the city. Small issue though is the lack of good dining options close by. I’d say they are around 10-15 mins stroll away. Unfortunately our room’s shower was also not as strong as we like and the tub’s drainage seems to be choked as water takes a while to drain off.

It was very welcoming staff, but our bathroom was a unclean around the shower and a few visible ants. Overall, it was good stay for 24 hour turnaround we had in Rome.

The experience here from the moment you arrive to the second you leave is nothing but perfect. Everyone is so nice and accomodating they effortlessly go anove and beyond to make you feel special and important. Excellent location in front of the Roman Forum. Dont worry about noise because I slept like a baby. Comfy beds. The pillows are omg so good. The rooms are beautiful. The roof top bar and restaurant, Oro Bistro, is amazing. Make reservations!! Definitely will be my go to hotel in Rome.

I highly recommend!!! The staff treated us like we were royalty. Air France lost our luggage for 3 days, the staff felt bad for us, they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite. They assisted us with the airport getting our luggage to us. I swear they were just as excited as we were when our luggage arrived!! The roof restaurant was amazing!! The food was excellent and the view was even better!!

Location is excellent, rooftop bar is beautiful, service on the rooftop and in the breakfast restaurant is excellent. Small rooms and uncomfortable mattress let the hotel down (a double bed where every movement was felt by both people - like sleeping on jelly), with no attempt to fix it from staff, who didn't engage with the issue. Recommend visit for the rooftop bar but wouldnt recommend to stay. Too expensive for what it offers

Absolutely enjoyed my two night stay here. Would have stayed longer if we didn’t have to move to the next part of our trip. The staff is so kind and the amenities are very nice. The rooftop has amazing views. The rooms are modern, yet cozy. We will return!

Lovely hotel in a great location for walking everywhere. Staff were unfailingly helpful and friendly and professional. The Front desk manager Darya Bondar was an absolute gem when we had an issue with our flights- a true professional in every way, a real asset to the hotel. We had an issue with the rooftop bar too- not in her direct control but she went the extra mile to deal with our concerns.

Property was better than I expected. We were greeted with a warm welcome. They made the check-in process very personalized and comfortable. Our room was in exceptional condition and the bedding was very comfortable. The location is exceptional and walking distance to so much. Also the restaurant on their rooftop was exceptional. We have the 4 course chefs choice course and enjoyed some of the best food. Highly recommend

From arrival the staff provided a friendly professional experience. The location was superb, central to everything iconic must sees. The view from the hotel was great to wake up to, the breakfast was great. The breakfast staff provided an amazing service. They made our stay the best ever with their attention to detail and their overall friendly aura. Would highly recommend this hotel. If returning I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The check in process was informative and Valentina was so helpful! Staff was great and the room was clean. Super walkable to most important tourist sites!

Great stay at NH Fori Imperiali Roma
Stayed at the NH. Fantastic location right in front of Trajan’s Forum. 10 minute stroll to the colosseum. Walking distance to Trevi fountain and lots of other sites, including the ghetto. Great hotel, really attentive staff, amazing rooftop bar overlooking the Forum. Got complementary upgrade to junior suite due to birthday. Will definitely stay there again

Best location with best service
One of the best locations in Rome overlooking the Forum. The rooftop bar is epic and the rooms, though on the smaller side for the price, elegant and immaculately cleaned. But the best part of this hotel was the service, from the wait staff to the front desk people, especially Valentine who was one of the most gracious, helpful and efficient people we’ve ever had greet us.

Room 201 Spectacular Views
The easiest 5 stars. Fabulous location with luxurios, contemporary styling and super comfortable beds. Room 201 over looks the Forum and Victor Emmanuel II National Monument and was magnificent. The roof top terrace for cocktails and lunch gives one of the best views in Rome and was particularly romantic on Christmas evening wrapped in blankets. Attentive staff and good food.
