"A very nice hotel for tourist and business trips alike. Steps outside the walls of the ancient heart of Fermo, a lovely hill side town. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, clean and comfortable except for the shower stall which was very small. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was convenient but with limited options."

"A really nice place with a great host. The room was spacious and in perfect condition. Nothing was missing. The host was very kind and attentive. The place has no private parking. There is a public parking right in front of the building for 80ct./hour. The beach is at 7min walking distance and it is beautiful."
