"I didn’t give a 5 because although everything was so nice, there was a mandatory power outage from 11 pm to approximately 7:00 am. This put a bit of a damper on the continental breakfast and of course it was a very dark room. We were given a nice little flashlight to help us. Very much appreciated. Room smelled fresh and it was clean. Beds were great. Front desk personnel was super nice, too."

"The hotel staff are really nice and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. Just be aware that there is no elevator in this hotel. Even half of the downstairs rooms have a small flight of stairs you need to go up. If you have mobility issues, this might be a challenge. I had torn my meniscus a couple years ago, and even after surgery, it’s still gets some twinges. It didn’t feel great after lugging my suitcases up a flight of stairs. "This hotel was disgusting and the room was so heavily smoked in I had to leave immediately. Not to mention there was a huge hole almost 4' in diameter in the wall not fully repaired amongst other things damaged in the room. Tried to get a different room but conveniently they were "sold out". So essentially I paid for 2 nights here to walk into the room for 5 minutes and have to leave.
