"The staff were very friendly. Nyeem especially took the time to make sure we felt accomodated and had a lovely stay. The room was spacious and clean and the breakfast was nice. It was good to have something different on offer each day, as well as the staple menu items like the fruit and teas and coffees. Everything had a calm feel to it, which made for an enjoyable stay!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this resort. It was our first time at St. Lucia and we felt very welcomed. Everyone was kind. The resort itself was a bit smaller and in average condition, a bit on the older side; however, the beach view and sunsets make up for it. The "Hi-Tide Restaurant" was great! "Really nice place that is quiet and out of the hustle and bustle but still near to the main area and everything. You can get around walking or by car without issue. It was very comfortable for me and my son enjoyed it (Kids friendly). The hosts were very welcoming and facilitating. I would definitely go back there. "

The beach is amazing always clean and serene with an almost unlimited number of beach chairs. They should place towels closer, this is my 4th stay and it irks me to walk al that way for beach towels, if I forgot mine in the room"

"Bay Gardens Inn is a beautiful inn! Tropical and the staff is so polite and helpful . The breakfast is too notch . I think the front door can be properly secured, the bathroom sink in our room be unclogged , and the shower itself needs a little more sprucing up. The bed and pillows comfy , air condition worked great! I think the hotel should allow guest to log in and out using their own user account for Netflix- if that is possible then I was not able too. "This is an excellent place to stay for a group of golfers who are playing Cabot St. Lucia Golf Club. We only stayed 2 nights and played golf all day. The Villa is about 150 feet from the entrance to the club. We walked to the course and were picked up in a golf cart. The Villa pool is terrific and the assistance from our concierge (Ms. Sam Love) was first rate. "Its a nice resort outside rooms - available pool and seating, chef and bar and nice outdoor atmosphere. Very walkable to the mall, grocery and food stalls nearby etc. However there was an Issue with cleanliness of rooms and condition of amenities inside. Towels provided seemed to be stained - looked like makeup, not sure; used toilet paper and condition of shower, shower head and kitchen weren’t in the best condition. Also did not see a microwave but there was a fridge."
